Why is Anynet+ not working on my Samsung TV?

If Anynet+ is not working on your Samsung TV, please verify the following: * Ensure the device is an Anynet+ compatible device, as the system supports only these devices. * Connect only one receiver (home theatre). * Check that the Anynet+ device power cord is properly connected. * Verify the Video/Audio/HDMI cable connections of the Anynet+ device. * Confirm that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to 'On' in the Anynet+ setup menu. * Check if the remote control is Anynet+ compatible. * If you have reconnected the HDMI cable, search for devices again or turn your product off and on. * Make sure the Anynet+ function of the Anynet device is enabled.
