  If your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot isn't working at all, first, ensure the power switch is turned on and that the Status Indicator is also on. Check if the battery is depleted. If the Status Indicator is red, manually place the Jet Bot on the Docking Station to charge. Charging may take some time, but after about 10-20 minutes, the Status Indicator should turn on, and the buttons should become responsive again.
