Why Jet Bot does not recognize pet waste but sucks it up for Samsung Jet Bot VR50T95735W/SA?
    • A
      Amanda HernandezSep 23, 2025
If the pet waste is in the blind spot of the Object Recognition sensor’s view angle, it may not be recognized. If the size of pet waste is smaller in diameter than about 2 cm x 3 cm wide, the Jet Bot may not recognize it as pet waste but something it has to clean and then it may suck it up.

    • P
      Priscilla HarveyAug 23, 2025
If your Samsung Jet Bot stops during cleaning, it could be due to a few reasons. If the Status Indicator turns red and stays red, place the Jet Bot manually on the Clean Station to charge it. If the Jet Bot is stuck on an obstacle like a cord, threshold, or raised spot, pick it up and move it away. If any fabric or string is caught in a Driving Wheel, turn off the power switch and remove it before using it again. Finally, check whether the No-go Zones are set correctly.

If your Samsung Jet Bot vacuum can't find the Clean Station, check if there's a power failure or if the power plug is unplugged. Remove any obstacles around the Clean Station that might be blocking its path. Also, make sure to clean any foreign matter off the charging terminals, as this can affect charging.

Why is the suction power weak on my Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot?
    • M
      martinwatsonAug 27, 2025
Weak suction power on your Samsung Jet Bot vacuum could be due to a few reasons. If the dustbin is too full, turn off the power switch and empty it. Also, check the brush at the bottom of the Jet Bot for any obstructions. If there's foreign matter, turn off the power switch and remove it. An increase in noise could also indicate a full dustbin, so turn off the power switch and empty it.

      Scott HarrisonSep 5, 2025

Why can't my Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot find a room?
    • M
      Michael WhiteSep 3, 2025
If your Samsung Jet Bot can't find a room, it might be because it's not starting from the Clean Station. If the Clean Station has been moved by 45 degrees or more than 1 meter from its original position, the Jet Bot will clean all areas without using the created map. Ensure the Jet Bot starts cleaning from the Clean Station. When creating a map, make sure the Jet Bot starts parallel to the wall. Also, remove obstacles within 0.5 m of the left and right sides and 1 m of the front side of the Clean Station.
