  If the suction power of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot is weak, it might be due to a few reasons. First, turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin if it's too full. Also, check the brush at the bottom of the Jet Bot for any blockage by foreign matter; if there is any, turn off the power switch and remove it. If the noise suddenly increases, turn off the power switch and empty the Dustbin.

  If your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner Jet Bot has stopped during cleaning, it might be due to a depleted battery. When the Status Indicator turns red and stays red, manually place the Jet Bot on the Clean Station to charge it. Alternatively, the Jet Bot may be immobilized by an obstacle such as a cord, so pick it up and move it away. Also, if any fabric or string is caught in a Driving Wheel, turn off the power switch and remove it before using the device again. Finally, make sure that No-go Zones are not set.
