  If your Samsung Controller air conditioner cannot be found in the Smart A/C application, ensure the following: * The Wi-Fi on your smartphone is activated. If not, activate it. * Your smartphone and the air conditioner are connected to the same wireless router. They should not be on different networks. * The air conditioner is correctly connected to the wireless router. Check if the Wi-Fi light on the Wi-Fi kit is on.
