Thisproductcontainstoxicmaterialsthatcouldcauseillnessifingested.
1)Pleasekeepimagingunitandtonercartridgeawayfromchildren.Thetonerpowdercontainedintheimagingunitand
tonercartridgemaybeharmful,andifswallowed,youshouldcontactadoctor.
1.2.2.Electricshockandresafetyprecautions
Failuretofollowthefollowinginstructionscouldcauseelectricshockorpotentiallycauseare.
1)Useonlythecorrectvoltage,failuretodosocoulddamagetheproductandpotentiallycauseareorelectricshock.
2)Useonlythepowercablesuppliedwiththeproduct.Useofanincorrectlyspeciedcablecouldcausethecableto
overheatandpotentiallycauseare.
3)Donotoverloadthepowersocket,thiscouldleadtooverheatingofthecablesinsidethewallandcouldleadtoare.
4)Donotallowwaterorotherliquidstospillintotheproduct,thiscancauseelectricshock.Donotallowpaperclips,pins
orotherforeignobjectstofallintotheproduct,thesecouldcauseashortcircuitleadingtoanelectricshockorrehazard.
5)Nevertouchtheplugsoneitherendofthepowercablewithwethands,thiscancauseelectricshock.Whenservicing
theproduct,removethepowerplugfromthewallsocket.
6)Usecautionwheninsertingorremovingthepowercord.Whenremovingthepowercord,gripitrmlyandpull.The
powercordmustbeinsertedcompletely,otherwiseapoorcontactcouldcauseoverheatingleadingtoare.
7)Takecareofthepowercable.Donotallowittobecometwisted,bentsharplyaroundcornersorpowercablemaybe
damaged.Donotplaceobjectsontopofthepowercable.Ifthepowercableisdamageditcouldoverheatandcausea
re.Exposedcablescouldcauseanelectricshock.Replacethedamagedpowercableimmediately,donotreuseor
repairthedamagedcable.Somechemicalscanattackthecoatingonthepowercable,weakeningthecoverorexposing
cablescausingreandshockrisks.
