I cannot discover the
remote Bluetooth stereo
headset
• Be sure that the Bluetooth
functionality on the phone is turned on.
• Be sure that the remote Bluetooth
stereo headset is in the discoverable
mode.
• Be sure that the remote Bluetooth
device has the capability to act as a
stereo headset.
I cannot connect to the
remote Bluetooth stereo
headset
Ensure that the correct passkey was
entered on the phone during the
connection with the headset. Most
Bluetooth headsets have a fixed passkey
that would be mentioned in their user’s
guide. You would need to enter the
passkey when establishing a connection
with the headset.
