►Troubleshootingmethod
•A1–1112:Mainmotorisnotoperatedforprint-job.
•A1–1113:Mainmotorisoperatingbutmachinerecognizesstatusas"Stopped".
1)Turnthemachineoff.Checkifthereareanyforeignsubstancesorpaperaroundthepaperpath.
2)Removetherightcover.
3)Checkifthemainmotorconnectorisconnectedcorrectly.
4)IftheconnectionisOK,turnthemachineon.EnterSVCmode.Selectthemainmotortest.
(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)
Checkthemotoroperation.
a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,
•CheckthesignalandpowerwiththeDVM.
•Ifthecheckedresultisnormal,replacethemain(feed/fuser)motor(JC31–00144B)
•Ifthecheckedresultisabnormal,checkthefollowing.
-If24Vpowerisnotgenerated,replacetheSMPSboard(JC44-00092C(220V)/JC44-00091C(110V)).
-Ifthecontrolsignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard(JC92–02722A).
b)Ifthemotorisoperational,
•CheckthePinNo8.Ifthevalueisabnormal,replacethemainboard.Ifthevalueisnormal,replace
theharness.
5)Ifthemainmotoroperationisnormal,removethefuserunit.Checkifthefuserunithasanyproblem.Replacethe
fuserunit(JC91–01177A(220V)/JC91–01176A(110V)).
