•A1–2112:OPC/Devemotorisnotoperatedforprint-job.
•A1–2113:OPC/Devemotorisoperatingbutmachinerecognizesstatusas"Stopped".
1)Turnthemachineoff.Checkifthereareanyforeignsubstancesorpaperaroundthepaperpath.
2)Removetherightcover.
3)CheckiftheOPC/Devemotorconnectorisconnectedcorrectly.
4)IftheconnectionisOK,turnthemachineon.EnterSVCmode.SelecttheOPC/Devemotortest.
(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)
Checkthemotoroperation.
a)IftheOPC/Devemotorisnotoperational,
•CheckthesignalandpowerwiththeDVM.
•Ifthecheckedresultisnormal,replacetheOPC/Devemotor(JC31–00075C).
•Ifthecheckedresultisabnormal,checkthefollowing.
-If24Vpowerisnotgenerated,replacetheSMPSboard(JC44-00092C(220V)/JC44-00091C(110V)).
-Ifthecontrolsignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard(JC92–02722A).
b)IftheOPC/Devemotorisoperational,
•CheckthePinNo8.Ifthevalueisabnormal,replacethemainboard.Ifthevalueisnormal,replace
theharness.
5)IftheOPC/Devemotoroperationisnormal,removetheimagingunit.Checkiftheimagingunithasanyproblem.
Replacetheimagingunit.
