Thetonercartridgeisnotinstalledproperly.
►Troubleshootingmethod
1)Openthefrontcover.
2)Ifthetonercartridgeisnotinstalled,installit.Trytotestthemachineagain.
3)Ifthetonercartridgeisinstalled,removeit.Checkifthemodularjackiscontaminatedorbroken.
4)Cleanthemodularjackorreplacethetonercartridge.
5)IfitisOK,checktheCN22harnessconnectiononthemainboard.
6)Iftheharnessisdefective,replaceit.
7)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Trytotestthemachine.
