  If the NAS setting fails, verify the following: 1. The IP address of the NAS is valid. 2. The ID/password of the NAS is valid. 3. You can access the designated default folder using the NAS ID. 4. NAS SMB/CIFS items are unchecked. 5. The NAS IP address and the camera IP address are in the same format. 6. You haven't tried to access as another user without formatting the default folder. 7. You are using recommended NAS equipment.

  If you are not receiving notification emails, verify the following settings in this sequence: A. Check the Data & Time settings. B. Ensure Motion detection / Video analytics is set to Enable. C. Check if the E-mail option in the Event action setup menu is checked.

  If images overlap, it may be because a single address is being used for multiple cameras. Check whether two or more cameras are set to a single multicast address instead of different addresses.

  If the camera doesn't operate properly with the Micro SD card inserted, check if the memory card is inserted in the proper direction. Also, format the memory card again in the Setup ? Event ? Record menu. Note that the operation of a memory card formatted by other devices is not guaranteed with this camera unit.
