Why can't my Samsung UBD-M9700 connect to the BD-LIVE server?

To troubleshoot connection issues to the BD-LIVE server on your Samsung Blu-ray Player: 1. Test your network connection using the Network Status function. 2. Ensure a USB memory device is connected. 3. Verify the memory device has at least 1GB of free space (check in BD Data Management). 4. Confirm the BD-Live Internet Connection option is set to Allow(All).
