Creating a New Caller Group
1. From the Home screen, touch .
2. Touch the Groups tab.
3. Press ➔ Create group .
4. Touch the Group Name field and use the on-screen
keypad to enter a new group name then touch Save . For
more information, refer to “Text Input Methods” on
page 52.
5. Touch Ringtone to choose an audio file for assignment to
this new group. Selections are: Default ringtone , Sound , or
Phone Ringtone .
6. Touch Save to store the new Group category.
Adding an Entry to a Caller Group
1. From the Home screen, touch .
2. Touch the Groups tab.
3. Touch a group entry.
4. Touch Add member .
5. Touch all of the contacts you want to add to this group.
A checkmark displays next to contact entry.
6. Touch Add .
The selected contacts are added to the group.
Removing an Entry From a Caller Group
1. From the Home screen, touch .
2. Touch the Groups tab.
3. Touch a group entry.
4. Press ➔ Remove member .
5. Touch all of the contacts you want to remove from this
group. A checkmark displays next to contact entry.
6. Touch Remove .
The contacts are removed from the group.
Editing a Caller Group
To edit a Group entry, there must be at least one member as part
of the selected group.
1. From the Home screen, touch .
2. Touch the Groups tab.
3. Press ➔ Edit group .
