●ThecontrollergeneratestheON/OFFcontroloutputduring“2.5periods”duringautotuninganditcalculatestheP,I,Ddataautomatically
basedontheperiodandoscillationmagnitudeusingthelimitcycletotheobjecttobecontrolled.

TheAuto-Tuningisavailableinprogram.stationaryoperation.ThePIDdatacalculatedfromthesetvaluelocatedPIDgroupissavedautomaticallythroughAuto-Tuningfromthecurrentlysetvalue.

●Anychangeinsetvalue(SP)inautotuningdoesnotchangethetuning
point.Andthetuningisstartedwithchangedsetvalue(SP)fortarget
setvalue(TSP)afterautotuningtermination.
●Theautotuningisstoppedincaseof“Sensorshort”ininputduring
autotuning.Atthistime,thePIDdataiskeptwiththeprevioussetvalue.
●Whenautotuningisprocessedbeyond27hours,theautotuning
isstopped.
●ThePIDsetvaluecanbechangedduringautotuning,butthe
obtainedPIDdatafromcalculatinginautotuningterminationisreset
withtheobtainedPIDdata.
●ThePIDsetvalueismaintainedwithprevioussetvaluewhenthe
autotuningisforciblyterminated.
●ForbetterAuto-Tuningresults,needtowaituntilstabilizationby
setvalue(temperature),thenAutotuningthetemperaturefirst.
