Why S&A Chiller shows ultra-high temperature alarm (E04)?
    • J
      Jacqueline SheltonAug 10, 2025
The ultra-high temperature alarm on your S&A Chiller (E04) might be triggered by several factors: a blocked dust gauze causing bad thermolysis (clean the dust gauze regularly); poor ventilation for air outlet and inlet (ensure smooth ventilation); unstable or extremely low voltage (improve the power supply circuit or use a voltage regulator); improper thermostat parameter settings (reset parameters or restore factory settings); frequent power switching (allow sufficient refrigeration time, more than 5 minutes); or excessive heat load (reduce heat load or use a chiller with larger cooling capacity).

How to fix S&A Chiller showing flow alarm (E01) with direct water pipe connection?
    • W
      williebergerAug 15, 2025
If your S&A Chiller shows a flow alarm (E01) even with a direct water pipe connection, the water level in the storage tank might be too low. Check the water level gauge and add water until it reaches the green area. Also, inspect the water circulation pipes for any leaks.

What to do if S&A CW-7500 Chiller shows alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E02)?
    • S
      Sara RobertsAug 20, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays an alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E02), it means the working ambient temperature is too high for the chiller. Improve the ventilation to ensure the machine runs under 40 degrees Celsius.

Why S&A Chiller is turned on but unelectrified?
    • C
      candersonAug 25, 2025
If your S&A Chiller turns on but is unelectrified, check the following: Ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the power interface and is making good contact. Also, inspect the fuse for burn-out. If necessary, replace it with a spare and verify that the power supply voltage is stable, and that the power interface and plug are in good contact.

What causes serious condensate water problem in S&A CW-7500?
    • M
      Manuel AndersonAug 30, 2025
A serious condensate water problem in your S&A Chiller is caused when the water temperature is much lower than the ambient temperature, combined with high humidity. To resolve this, increase the water temperature or insulate the pipeline to preserve heat.

What to do if water drains slowly from S&A Chiller during water changing?
    • R
      Robert McclainSep 3, 2025
If water drains slowly from the outfall of your S&A Chiller during water changing, the injection port may not be open. Open the injection port to allow for proper drainage.
