Overview

The CW-3000 Series Industrial Chiller is a professional cooling machine designed for small water-cooled cooling devices. It incorporates an international advanced thermolysis cooling system, making it suitable for various machinery that requires efficient cooling.

Function Description:

The primary function of the CW-3000 Series chiller is to provide effective cooling for industrial equipment. It achieves this through a professional air-cooled forced radiator, which boasts strong heat dissipating capacity and is designed to resist blockage. The chiller features real-time temperature monitoring, allowing users to accurately track the working condition of their heating devices. A specific disconnection alarm security protection system is integrated to safeguard sensitive components, with an alarm output port that quickly signals issues. The water tank is of a hermetic type, ensuring that the water can be used for an extended period without frequent refilling. The device is also designed for high cost performance and a low failure rate, offering several power supply options and complete specifications to suit different needs.

Important Technical Specifications:

The CW-3000 Series offers several models, including CW-3000TG, CW-3000DG, CW-3000TK, and CW-3000DK, catering to different voltage requirements (AC 1P 220V or AC 1P 110V) and operating at a frequency of 50/60Hz.

  • Current: Ranges from 0.45A to 1.0A depending on the model.
  • Machine Power: 0.10KW for some models and 0.11KW for others.
  • Radiating Capacity: 50W/°C.
  • Max. Lift: 10M for CW-3000TG/DG models and 70M for CW-3000TK/DK models.
  • Max. Flow: 10L/min for CW-3000TG/DG models and 2L/min for CW-3000TK/DK models.
  • Net Weight (N.W): 9.5Kgs for CW-3000TG/DG and 12Kgs for CW-3000TK/DK.
  • Gross Weight (G.W): 12Kgs for CW-3000TG/DG and 14.5Kgs for CW-3000TK/DK.
  • Protection: Equipped with a flow alarm.
  • Tank Capacity: 9L.
  • Inlet and Outlet: External Φ10mm brass connector for CW-3000TG/DG and Φ8mm speedy connector for CW-3000TK/DK.
  • Dimension (L X W X H): 49 X 27 X 38cm.
  • Packing Dimension (L X W X H): 59 X 39 X 48cm.

The chiller also features an alarm function with various codes:

  • E0: Water flow alarm input.
  • E1: Ultrahigh water temperature.
  • HH: Short circuit of water temperature sensor.
  • LL: Water temperature sensor open circuit. The flow alarm port connects to normally open and normally closed relay contacts, requiring an operating current of less than 3A and a working voltage of less than 300V.

Usage Features:

Installation of the CW-3000 Series chiller is straightforward. After unpacking and checking for completeness, users need to open the injection port and add cooling water. The water inlet and outlet pipes should be connected according to system conditions. Once powered on, the water level in the tank should be checked again, ensuring it is 80-150cm from the surface of the water to the injection port.

  • Temperature Display: The front panel includes a temperature display for easy monitoring.
  • Power Switch: A clearly marked power switch is located on the front.
  • Alarm Signal Output Terminal: Located on the back, this terminal provides alarm signals.
  • Power Socket (with Fuse): The power socket on the back includes a fuse for protection.
  • Water Supply Inlet: Located on the top front for easy water addition.
  • Water Drain: Positioned at the bottom back for convenient water drainage.

Important Cautions for Usage:

  • It is strictly forbidden to plug in and run the cooler without feeding water.
  • The cooler must be placed in a well-ventilated, dry environment, away from heat sources.
  • Maintain at least 50cm clearance from obstructions to the air outlet (at the back) and at least 30cm between obstructions and air inlets (on the two sides).
  • Cooling water must be drained if the cooler is out of use for a long time or before transportation.
  • To protect laser tubes, the radiator fan will suspend operation when the water temperature is below approximately 10°C and will restart when it rises above approximately 20°C.

Troubleshooting Guide:

The manual provides a simple troubleshooting guide for common issues:

  • Machine turned on but unelectrified: Check if the power cord is plugged in correctly or if the fuse is burnt out. The solution involves plugging in the power cord or replacing the fuse inside the power interface at the back of the machine.
  • Flow alarm, no water flow: This could be due to a low water level in the tank. The solution is to feed water and check for pipe leakage.
  • Flow alarm, but water flowing: If water is flowing but an alarm persists, there might be a blockage in the circulating water pipeline. Users should check the circulating water pipeline.
  • Ultra-high temperature: Possible causes include poor ventilation of the chiller or excessive heat load. Solutions involve improving ventilation or reducing the heat load/using a different model.
  • Normal boot, but fan not working: This is a normal phenomenon if the water temperature is below 20 degrees, and no processing is needed.
  • Switch on with alarming after adding/changing water: This could be due to water drops in the electric circuit or damaged pumps from dry transfer. Solutions include natural drying or drying off the cap, or replacing/repairing water pumps (anhydrous boot is prohibited).
  • Slow outfall drainage: This indicates that the injection port is not open. The solution is to open the injection port.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: To ensure good heat dissipation, the lid should be opened to clean dirt after the cooler has been used for a long time.
  • Antifreeze: For operation in cold northern areas, it is recommended to use non-corrosive antifreeze fluid.
