dispensed too slowly
Insufcient water supply Check the supply line
Clogged lter holder dispensing hole
Clean the lter holder thoroughly with
specic detergent or using a toothpick
Grind too ne Adjust the grinder dosing device
The machine does not dispense
steam
Clogged dispensing nozzle Clean
Clogged dispensing ducts
Call the technician to perform a limescale
removing cleaning
Faulty steam tap Call the technical service
Steam boiler lling timeout
Error code E01
No more water in the tank
Check the mains/tank power supply, set
the machine to the ON state and repeat
the procedure. Turn the machine off. All
LEDs are ashing.
Power tap from domestic mains
closed
Steam boiler heating timeout
Error code E02
Presence of limescale on the heating
element 20-minute timeout. Check the mains/tank
power supply, set the machine to the ON
state and repeat the procedure. LED 2
ashes quickly twice every 2s.
Triggering of the safety thermostat
on the boiler
Steam boiler temperature
probe disconnected
Error code E03
Possible physical disconnection of
the probe caused by vibration
LED 2 ashes quickly twice every 2s. Call
the technical service
