e SRMax is specically designed to destroy biological and chemical contaminants* such as mold, bacteria, viruses,
chemicals, VOCS* and odors* that may be circulated through the HVAC system of your home.
e SRMax is installed in the RETURN (preferred) or SUPPLY plenum of our HVAC system treating the air passing
through the reecting chamber. e actual percentage of destruction obtained is based on percentage of fresh air,
air velocity, the number of passes and specic contaminants to be treated.

About the SRMax
GENERAL
Installation and servicing of air-conditioning and related equipment can be hazardous due to system pressure
and electrical components. Only trained and accredited service personnel should install, repair or service such
equipment.
Untrained personnel can perform basic maintenance functions such as replacing lamps. All other operations should
be performed by trained service personnel. When working on the SRMax, observe precautions in the literature, tags,
labels attached to the unit and any other safety precautions considered as best practices in the HVAC industry.
For optimal air purication performance, the lamp and reecting chamber should be kept free of dust / residue
deposit and cleaned regularly using mild soaps or alcohol. Always spot test the cleaner to make sure it does not
damage the surface.
Under no circumstances should water be sprayed or splashed onto the SRMax.
