Number buttons
l-9,0, +10: For CD
1-10: For TUNER
Number buttons (1 -9,0, +10 and 1- 10)
These buttons are used to select the CD tracks or preset radio stations.
tfthe function is “CD”, the buttons select the CD track numbers.
If the function is “TUNER”, the buttons select preset radio stations.
Wtih any other function, the buttons will not function.
Inserting batteries (Fig. 5)
Note:
Always remove batteries ifthe remote control is notto be used for a month
or more, Batteries left in the unit may leak and cause damage.

ADJLJSllNG THE CLOCK
The clock. display blinks when the mains lead is connected to the AC
outlet for * first time.
Examplsc To eat “7:30”,
1, Press the CLOCK button for 1 or more seconds.
The “CIOCK” and hours displays blink.
2. Turn &se JOG DIAL control clockwise or counterclockwise to set the
“hours.*’
3. Press tie MEMORY button.
The rmirrutes display blinks.
4. Turn the JOG DIAL control to set the “minutes.”
5. Preee the MEMORY button. The clock starts.

time can be set accurately by pressing the MEMORY button

These operations can be done, even if the power is off,
The ctbck operation and memory are backed up even with a power
failure lasting 30 seconds or less.
When a power failure lasts for more than 30 seconds, the memory
contents will be retained for one-hatf day, but the clock display will
blink. Reset the time when the display blinks because of a power
failure. Reset the timer ON/OFF times as well.
