Replacement Procedure
(7) Replacement of Power Switch
and Power Cord
1, Take off the arm rest (right) and the cover
(arm rest lower right). Photo-1,2
2, Remove two earthing setscrews around the
power supply box.
3, Remove two power supply box set screws
and take off the power supply box. Photo-11
4, Remove four case (power supply box upper)
set screws and take off the case (power
supply box upper). Photo-12
5, Remove each cord processing of the POWER
switch.
6, Take out the POWER switch forward while
pushing the top and bottom of the POWER
switch. Photo-13
7, Disconnect the connector of the power cord
and take off the power cord. Photo-13
8, Each reclining motor is fixed at two places
on both ends. Therefore, remove E rings or
R pins on both ends and pull out fixing pins.

(6) Replacement of Current Fuse
1, Open the fuse cover of the current fuse and
take out the current fuse. Photo-11
