What to do if my Sanyo Freezer cooling is poor?
    • J
      John LittleJul 31, 2025
If the cooling in your Sanyo Freezer is poor, consider the following: * Ensure the ambient temperature isn't too high. * Check that the inner door latch and outer door are completely closed, ensuring no frost or ice obstructs the door gasket. * Make sure the air intake vent isn't blocked and the condenser filter is clean—especially when the filter check lamp is lit. * Verify the door is shut tightly and the inner door is correctly installed. * Confirm the set temperature on the controller is properly adjusted. * Ensure the freezer isn't in direct sunlight or near any heating sources. * Check that the rubber cap and insulation are correctly set and you haven't placed too many unfrozen items in the chamber at once.

    • T
      Tonya Bolton DDSAug 8, 2025
If your Sanyo Freezer chamber isn't cooling, check if the circuit breaker is active, if the power is supplied and if the breaker is free. If the voltage is too low, call an electrician. Also, make sure you haven't stored a large amount of articles in the chamber at one time.

What to do if alarm test key cannot actuate the alarm in Sanyo Freezer?
    • C
      Charles AshleyAug 18, 2025
The alarm is activated only when the power switch is ON. If only the buzzer or only the alarm is actuated by the alarm test key, the unactuated part is out of order, and must be replaced.
