DESCRIPTION
The SANYO TP 1012, TP 1012UM High Fidelity
Transcription Unit has been designed and engineered
to provide accurate speed and minimized wow and
flutter by using the brushless direct drive DC motor
and is equipped with a 30.5 cm diameter, 1 kg
CONTROLS
turntable with stroboscope. The high quality auto
return tone arm has been assembled on a base.

PREPARATION
1.
Locate
the
unit
horizontally
on
a
heavy
duty
stand
and
away
from
the
speaker
system
to
avoid
sound
feedback.
2.
Take
the
turntable,
cartridge
assembly,
lateral
balancer
and
counter
weight
out
of
the
packages
and
attach
them
to
the
unit.
3.
Connect
output
plugs
(RCA-type)
and
ground
lead
to
phono
input
sockets
and
ground
terminal
on
your
high
fidelity
stereo
system.
Red
wire
is
the
right
channel
and
white
wire
is
the
left
channel.
4.
Before
connecting
the
power
cord
to
the
AC
house
‘current
outlet
for
the
first
time
in
a
new
area,
it
is
absolutely
necessary
to
make
sure
the
setting
of
the
voltage
selector
(located
on
back
of
the
=
cabinet)
corresponds
as
closely
as
possible
to
your
local
voltage.
To
adjust
the
voltage,
move
the
voltage
selector
which
corresponds
with
your
local
voltage
(Fig.
1).
Plug
the
AC
power
cord
to
an
AC
wall
outlet
or
your
stereo
amplifier.
