DISASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
REMARKS
Before
disassembling
the
unit,
spread
a
soft
rubber
mat
or
a
cloth
on
the
work
bench
to
avoid
scratches
and
grease
stains.
Do
not
use
a
material
which
is
likely
to
cause
static
electricity
because
transistors
and
ICs
may
be
easily
damaged
by
it.
e
Reassemble
the
unit,
noting
the
kind
of
screws,
the
soldering
and
arrangement
of
the
leads.
Refer
to
“Circuit
Diagram”
and
“Exploded
Views”
for
correct
assembly.
e
Before
disassembling
the
unit,
take
out the
cassette
tape
from
the
cassete
compartment.
e
Carefully
handle
the
Belt
because
grease
easily
attaches
to
it.
Then,
check
the
used
rubber
parts.
If
the
rubber
has
deteriorated
or
is
scratched,
replace
the
part
with
a
new
one.
CABINET
BOTTOM
REMOVAL
1.
Place
the
unit
upside
down
and
remove
the
five
screws
(1
~
5)
fastening
the
Cabinet
Bottom.

Detach
the
Cabinet
Bottom
by
lifting
it.
3.
Reassemble
in
reverse
order.
AMPLIFIER
P.C.BOARD
REMOVAL
1.

Follow
the
instructions
for
the
“Cabinet
Bottom
Removal”.
Remove
the
two
screws
(6
and
7)
fastening
the
Amplifier
P.c.Board.

Turn
over
the
P.C.Board
toward
the
back
o!
the
unit
with
caution
not
to
damage
the
lead
wires.
4.
Reassemble
in
reverse
order.

CHASSIS
REMOVAL
1.
Follow
the
instructions
for
“Cabinet
Bottom
Removal”
and
“Amplifier
P.C.Board
Removal”.
2.
Remove
the
six
screws
(8
~
13)
fastening
the
Mechanism
Chassis.

Detach
the
Mechanism
Chassis
with
cautionnot
to
damage
the
lead
wires.
4.
Reassemble
in
reverse
order.
