1. When the measured resistance is 1M
Ω
or more, it may take a few seconds to obtain a
stable reading, which is normal for high resistance measurement.

g) Resistance measurement
1. Insert the black probe into the “COM” jack and the red probe into the “ ” jack.
2. Set the function switch to “ ”. Press the “function selection” button to select the
resistance measurement function.
3. Connect the probes to the two ends of the resistor to be measured.
4. Read the reading indicated on the screen after it is stable.
Ensure the conductor to be measured is clamped in the center of the head. The meter
can only measure one conductor at a time. If two or more conductors are measured at
the same time, a reading error will occur.
Note
f) AC measurement
1. Remove all the probes from the meter, and then set the function switch to the
required current measuring position.
2. Press the trigger, clamp the conductor to be measured with the head, and then slowly
release the trigger until the head is closed completely.
3. Read the reading indicated on the screen.
