4 # 05 Failure Disconnection of the heating temp. sensor
No Symptoms and causes Solutions Reference
Failure code # 05 is displayed when the
heating sensor is short circuited or
disconnected.
1 Bad connection between the heating
temp. sensor and the harness connecting
the controller.
- Reconnect the connecting harness terminal.

2 The heating temp. sensor is short-
circuited therefore unable to detect.
- The heating temp. sensor is defective and has
to be replaced.
- If there is nothing wrong with the above, the
main controller is defective and has to be
replaced.
