2.6 USB menu (external USB stick)
Menu is only active if an external USB stick has been inserted and was recognized by the control unit (FAT 32 formatting)
Used to open the USB menu and provide a range of actions to be performed via USB
Used to transfer an existing recipe from the USB stick (see Save recipe) to the coffee machine after selection
and button allocation
An "optimally set recipe" must have been saved to the USB stick.
• After inserting the USB stick into the coffee machine, users can use "Load recipes” to either display and select
all recipes or any single recipes available from a data back-up.
• Select the desired beverage recipe and send it to the coffee machine.
• Under Beverage menu Symbol Load recipe, choose the “optimal set recipe” and assign button.
Used to save individual recipes on a USB stick to transfer these to other machines (see load recipes).
Important technical service instructions:
To make it as easy as possible to find individual recipes during the "Load recipes" procedure, assign an information
text to them beforehand via the Notes field in the Beverage menu.

Used to export the beverage counter to a USB stick
• The exported beverage counter data can be opened and viewed in Excel.
Used to export the HACCP cleaning journal to a USB stick
• The cleaning journal can be selected by month and exported to the USB stick
• The exported cleaning journals data can be opened and viewed in Excel.
Used to export the a complete data back-up to a USB stick
The data back-up saves all of the machine-specific settings as described under Load data.
