Safety devices
m CAUTION
Safety devices are used to protect the user and must
not be changed or bypassed.
The pressure switch can reduce the pressure if the
predened value is exceeded.
The pistol is equipped with a a locking mechanism.
If the locking mechanism is activated, the pistol can-
not be actuated.
Thermosensor: The thermal sensor protects the mo-
tor from overload. The product can be restarted af-
ter a few minutes when the temperature sensor has
cooled down.
Personal protective equipment
m CAUTION
Wear suitable protective clothing and safety goggles
to protect against splashing water or dirt.
Aerosols can develop when using high-pressure
cleaners. Inhaling aerosols can cause damage
to your health. Depending on the application, ful-
ly shielded nozzles (e.g. surface cleaners) can be
used for high-pressure cleaning, which signicantly
reduce the emission of aqueous aerosols. The use
of such shielding is not possible in all applications.
If the use of a fully shielded nozzle is not possible, a
respirator of class FFP 2 or comparable, depending
on the environment to be cleaned, must be used.
6. Residual risks
The product has been built according to state-of-the-
art and the recognised technical safety rules. However,
individual residual risks can arise during operation.
Lung damage if suitable dust protection mask is not
worn.
Hearing damage if suitable hearing protection is not
worn.
Damage to health resulting from hand/arm vibration
if the device is used over an extended period of time
or if it is not properly operated and maintained.
Health hazard due to electrical power, with the use
of improper electrical connection cables.
Furthermore, despite all precautions having been
met, some non-obvious residual risks may still re-
main.
Residual risks can be minimised if the “Safety In-
structions” and the “Intended Use” together with the
operating manual as a whole are observed.

m WARNING
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the

on which the high-pressure cleaner is operated, is
equipped with a system separator in accordance
with EN 12729 type BA.
Water that has run through a system separator is no
longer considered drinking water.
High-pressure hoses, xtures and couplings are
important for device safety. Only use high-pressure
hoses, xtures and couplings recommended by the
manufacturer.
When disconnecting the inlet#end# or the high-pres-
sure hose, hot water can escape from the connec-
tions after operation.

When selecting the storage location and during
transport, note the weight of the device (see techni-
cal data) in order to avoid accidents or injuries.
Uninterrupted use of the device for several hours
can lead to numbness in the hands in rare cases.
Wear gloves.
Keep hands warm.
Take regular breaks from work.
