16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Device does not work.
No electrical voltage on the
device.
Check fuse, mains cable, mains plug
and have them replaced by qualied
personnel if necessary.
The conductor cross-section of
the extension lead is too small or
the extension lead is too long.
Use extension leads with a larger wire
cross-section or use shorter extension
leads.
Mains voltage is below the
specied value.
Contact the energy supply company if
necessary.
Pump is frozen. Check, defrost if necessary.
Motor runs, but no pressure is
built up.
Intake of air in the water supply.
Check supply hose and hose
connections, replace if necessary.
Outlet nozzle too large. Check, replace if necessary.
Irregular operating pressure. Intake of air in the water supply.
Check supply hose and hose
connections, replace if necessary.
