  Your Scheppach Planer might stop suddenly due to several reasons. It could be a power cut, so check the fuse. The motor or switch could be defective, in which case you should have it checked by an electrician. Also, ensure the chip extractor hood is fitted correctly to press the microswitch. Finally, the machine may not restart automatically after a voltage return due to the integrated low-voltage protection; you'll need to switch it on again.
