Excessive air leakage in your SCHUNK Industrial Equipment can stem from several issues. It could be due to a leaking bellow cylinder, requiring you to exchange the bellow cylinder and check bellow joints to find the reason for the leakage. Other potential causes include a defective pressure regulator (note that a normal air leakage of the pressure regulator is 0.5 l / min), a defective monitoring valve on the pan, or a defective restrictor in the compressed air line, each requiring replacement of the respective component. The compressed air line or signal horn themselves might be defective and need replacement. Also, check if the contact force or the monitoring valve on the pan are poorly set and readjust the setting.
