Make sure the length of the supplied cable (4.5 metres, including the part inside the metal profile) is
sucient to cover the distance from the gearmotor to the control unit.
The cable must not be extended or spliced.
B
If the kit is also controlled with the push-button (or 2 push-buttons) on the wall, the open-close contacts
must be dry contacts, NOT POWER CONTACTS.
The wall pushbuttons (and/or home automation) must give an impulse, NOT a continuous command, and
must function as INSTABLE pushbuttons: once released they must automatically return to their initial
position.
C
Make sure the door slides correctly in the rail and remove any lock-on or blocking limits switches, if fitted.
D
It is useful to prepare an ON-OFF switch (not supplied), connected to the board (see page 61 point 30), to
disable the mechanism and automatic reclosing.
E
The system does not allow the total disappearance of the door in the frame. About 65mm will remain visible.
For door widths of less than 800mm, the rod must be shortened by carefully pulling the cable through it
and rerouting it after making sure there are no sharp edges.
F
All components (mechanical and electronic) must be placed in compartments that are accessible and can be
easily inspected, protected from humidity and atmospheric agents.
