ALARM TYPE PROCEDURE
5 OVERTEMPERATURES
Temperature > 85°C: the alarm is automatically reset when the
temperature drops below 70°C.
6 CALIBRATION FAIL Incorrect calibration procedure.
7 OVERCURRENT Turn o the board and check the motor output for shorts.
8 POWER FUSE/RELAY The board is damaged, replace it.
9 UNDERVOLTAGE Supply voltage below 19V: check the supply voltage.
10 OVERVOLTAGE Supply voltage higher than 40V: check the supply voltage.
11 OVERLOAD CURRENT
Working current too high.
Check for any obstacles in the door path.
The alarm resets itself after 2 seconds.
12 ENCODER FAILURE
Encoder signal missing during movement. Check the connections.
The alarm resets itself after 0.5 seconds.
13 KEY OFF Supply voltage lower than 18V. Turn o the board.
14 EEPROM FAIL
Stored data have been lost/damaged.
Turn o the board and perform the path acquisition procedure again.
Diagnosis and servicing must only be carried out by qualified personnel.
ERROR CODES
MISCELLANEOUS ERRORS and FAQ
Sound plus flashing red LED: board in alarm.
Red LED only flashing, normal operation. The number of flashes indicates the last stored error.
NOTE: if alarm 11 trips during closing (an obstacle has been detected), the door reopens automatically and closes after
the set time; on the third consecutive attempt at closing (which occurs at reduced speed) with tripping of alarm 11,
the door stops definitively during opening. To reset the alarm, the door must be started manually or a closing impulse
must be given with the button (if present).
During programming, the door first closes and then opens:
• check the colour of the cables (par. 6, par. 27);
• check the position of the belt jointing bracket, which must be on the side opposite to the fastening rod (par. 23).
1
I cannot perform programming. The door stops before the cycle is completed (alarm 11):
• the door is too heavy: try a dierent board preset;
• there are frictions/obstacles: remove them;
• there are locking brakes that engage: remove them;
• the belt is too tight;
• the belt is not aligned: check the height of the belt jointing bracket with respect to the motor pulley and the
driven pulley.
2
Programming is successful, but the door stops in reclosing and moves back:
• belt too tight: reduce tension;
• mechanical friction: remove.
