• No reconstitution or dilution is necessary.
• Wipe the container tip clean and reseal the
container tightly after each use.
4. Cleaning the Lancing Device
Clean the outside of the SD lancing device
regularly with 70% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
Do not place the entire device under water. Do
not use bleach. At least once a week, disinfect
the cap after cleaning by placing it in 70%
rubbing alcohol for 10 minutes. Allow the cap
to air-dry after disinfecting.
