*CAUTION: Per Rotax engine operating instructions, engine should not be cranked for
starting for more than 10 seconds at a time. If engine does not start, check choke (fuel
enrichener circuit to be on at cold start) and give a 2 minute cool-down period between
cranks. Abusing this procedure can result in melted wire and fire hazard

4.3.1 TAXIING – ADDITION FOR WATER OPERATION
If Taxiing in water, the following checks must be completed in addition to the
checks listed in paragraph 4.3.
