7.4.1.12 Electric Flap Controller on Elite Aircraft
The flap controller places the flaps in one of four positions depending on
which button is pushed (0, 10, 20, 30 degrees). Any button may be
pushed at any time so long as the airspeed is below the top of the white
arc on the airspeed indicator (80 MPH). Associated LED lamps indicate
the position of the flaps.
Fault? If the flap controller fails, the aircraft may be flown normally and
safely consistent with airspeed limitations specified in this manual.
