7. Network Scan
The SECACAM Explorer automatically connects to the strongest network
available. If you should not be happy with your network connection however,
you can start a manual network scan. This might take some time.
1. SETUP: Wait for the camera to fully boot.
2. Right Arrow: You are now shown the details of your current Net-
work Connection.
3. Right Arrow+Left Arrow: Hold down both the left and right arrow
bottun at once and wait until you can read "Done" on the screen.
Should a stronger network be available, your camera will connect
to it.
The SECACAM is now connected with the best net avaivible. If there
shouldn't be a stronger possible connection, the camera will relog into the
network it was loged in before.
8. Manual Test Photos
To manually adjust the the photo quality, you can take a test photo:
1. SETUP: Switch the camera to the SETUP option. Once the monitor
is on and the start-up screen has finished, you can see the photo
preview. Here you can see the area your camera is monitoring.
2. OK = Aufnahme: Press "OK" to take a photo or a video manually.
Note: Depending on the "mode" setting either a photo or a video is re-
corded. In the video mode the recording is stopped after 15 seconds.
