Questions and Answers

Why is the Seccua Water Filtration Systems emergency flush running?
    • S
      Susan CampbellAug 4, 2025
The emergency flush is running because the maximum transmembrane pressure (feed to filtrate) is exceeded (more than 2.5 bar / 36 psi). To resolve this, find and eliminate the cause of the high transmembrane or absolute pressure, as it can damage the UrSpring. Check the feed pressure and upstream pressure reducing valve. Also, check if the pressure conditions or the maximum consumption has changed, and inspect the filter module for fouling, replacing it if necessary.

What to do if the Seccua Water Filtration Systems filter module permeability is too low?
    • J
      Jason PenaAug 9, 2025
If the permeability of the filter module is too low, start by performing a manual flush to verify that the flush is working correctly. Next, check if the flush settings are appropriate for your application and optimize them if needed. Finally, inspect the filter module for fouling and replace it if necessary.

How to improve Seccua UrSpring Water Filtration Systems filter performance after flush cleaning?
    • P
      psilvaAug 13, 2025
If the last flush cleaning didn't improve the filter's performance above the set threshold, try this: 1. Set the threshold value to >60%. 2. Set the minimum time between automatic flushes to 20 minutes. The UrSpring should gradually regain performance over the next few days. If performance doesn't increase, replace the filter module and consider more regular flushing.

    David RobinsonAug 18, 2025
What to do if the Seccua UrSpring Water Filtration Systems time setting was lost?
    • L
      Linda KingAug 19, 2025
If the time setting was lost or could not be saved, ensure the power supply is working correctly and then reset the time.
  • B
    Brittany WarrenAug 23, 2025
What to do if Seccua UrSpring Water Filtration Systems shows a memory error?
    • M
      Mary CruzAug 23, 2025
If you encounter a memory error, it's possible the UrSpring lost power for an extended period. Ensure the power supply and socket are functioning correctly.
  • T
    Tracy MurrayAug 29, 2025
What happens if the ambient temperature is too low for Seccua UrSpring Water Filtration Systems?
    • G
      Garrett HicksAug 29, 2025
If the ambient temperature is below 0°C (32°F), make sure the water does not freeze. The electronic control will still function below 0°C.
