After a moment you should see

14. Click Reboot IOLAN
15. Click Yes
16. Click Ok
17. Click No
The Device Manager Screen will go blank.
It takes a minute or two for the IOLAN to
reboot.
The IOLAN is now ready to accept a connection from SP LINK.
