dough.

Procedure:
Wash
the
buckwheat
barley
under
running
water.
Then
pour
warm
water
over
it
and
let
it
soak
for
about
2
-3
hours.
Before
making
the
dough,
drain
the
water
from
the
buckwheat
(you
may
use
the
water
for
the
dough
preparation).
Safe
enough
barley
to
sprinkle
the
bread.
This
will
be
done
before
the
last
dough
rising.
Put
the
softened
barley
together
with
flour
in
the
baking
container.
