If your Seville Classics Indoor Furnishing desk does not go up or down and the controller does not illuminate when any button is pressed, try the following: * Check all connections, ensuring the power cord is plugged into both the control box and a power outlet. * Press any button on the controller to make sure it illuminates. * Re-initialize the desk. * Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. * Re-initialize the desk again.
