(4) Separation pawl
1 Remove the process unit from the machine.
2 Remove the separation pawl unit from the process unit.
3 Remove the separation pawl unit (R).
2. Manual feed copy unit
(1) Separation roller
1 Remove the right-side cabinet from the machine.
2 Remove the manual feed copy unit.
3 Remove the reverse roller unit.
(2) Pick-up roller
1 Remove the manual feed tray unit.
2 Remove the manual paper feed solenoid.
3 Remove the connecting gear.
4 Remove the manual paper feed drive gear.
5 Remove the small spring clutch.
6 Remove the spring.
7 Remove the bearing from the front side of the drive roller shaft
assembly.
8 Remove the drive roller shaft assembly.
