Developing magnet roller
1) Pay attention to the direction of the V rings.
2) Make sure there is no clearance at the area where the V rings
are in contact with each roller.
(5) Pay attention to the following points when
attaching front and rear developing side seals
1 Clean the surface where the seals are to be attached, of lubricant
and foreign matter.
2 Make sure seals are securely attached, without peeling off.
2. Process section
(1) Adjusting high voltage output and balance
A. Using special measurement tools

B. Adjusting transfer charger current

Remove the developing unit, transfer/separation charger unit,
main charger unit and waster toner collection container.
2 Remove the process unit from the machine.
Do not hold the toner transport pipe when removing (reinstalling)
the process unit from the machine.
3 Remove the OPC drum from the process unit. Attach the
electrode sheet to the OPC drum with rubber bands and tape.
4 Install the OPC drum on the process unit. Install the process unit
on the machine.
5 Install the drum holder unit into the machine so that the electrode
sheet lead wire can be drawn out from the developer tank unit
side.
