SLEEP OPERATION
The temperature setting is adjusted to prevent
the room from becoming too cold or warm, for
example while you sleep.

In the COOL, HEAT mode, press the
SLEEP button.
• “ ” will be displayed on the remote
control.
TO CANCEL
Press the SLEEP button again.
• “ ” will disappear on the remote control.
NOTE:
• During COOL Mode
After setting the SLEEP operation at certain
temperature setting, the set temperature will
rise 1.8°F(1°C) after each hour(maximum
5.4°F(3°C) increase depending on the tempera-
ture setting), and after 7 hours the set tempera-
ture will decrease 1.8°F(1°C) and remain set at
that temperature.
• During HEAT Mode
After setting the SLEEP operation at certain
temperature setting, the set temperature will
decrease 1.8°F(1°C) after each hour(maximum
5.4°F(3°C) decrease depending on the temper-
ature setting), and remain set at that tempera-
ture.
• SLEEP operation is not available in AUTO, DRY
or FAN mode.

COMFORT OPERATION
Room temperature is sensed around the
remote control for higher comfort around the
user.

During operation, press the COMFORT
button.
