YES
Check the terminals and soldering condition of J7001 as well as LAN
cable. Replace as required.
Check the IP address and other settings.

Is 3.3V power applied at pins 1, 9 and 19 of IC7001 (Ether-
net transceiver)?
NO Check the FB7001, FB7002 and D3.3V power line.
YES
Is there 3.3V input at pin 15 (reset) of IC7001? NO Check R7331, C26 (ET_RST) of IC7201 (system LSI) and their periph-
eral circuits.
YES
Is there clock input at pin 5 (clock) of IC7001? NO Check R7027, D5 (ET_CLK) of IC7201 and their peripheral circuits.
YES
Are there input signals at pins 17 (ET_TXD0) and 18
(ET_TXD1) of IC7001?
NO Check R7029, R7030, D6 (ET_TXD0) and E7 (ET_TXD1) of IC7201 and
their peripheral circuits.

Check IC7001 and its peripheral circuits. Replace as
required.

NO Check R1308 and AT3.3V power line.
