Many potential problems can be resolved by the owner without calling a
service technician.
If something is wrong with this product, check the following before calling
your authorised SHARP dealer or service centre.
No sound is heard.
Noise is heard during
playback.
Interference or noise occurs
on the TV image.
The power is not turned on.
No images are displayed.
I Is the volume level set to “0”?
I Are the speaker wires disconnected?
I Move the unit away from any computers
or mobile phones.
I Is the unit placed near TV with internal
aerial? Use an external aerial.
I Is the unit unplugged?
I The protection circuit may be activated.
Unplug and plug in the power lead again
after 15 minutes or more.
I Is TV turned on?
I Is the input of TV switched?
