FILTER REPLACEMENT GUIDELINES
Before maintenance, be sure to shut down the unit and remove its power plug.

Put a piece of paper under the filter during replacement to avoid getting the surrounding
area dirty.
In harsh environments filter replacement should be more frequent.

According to Japan Electric Manufacture's Association JEM 1467, the Max service life is based on
the equivalent condition of the smoke from 5 cigarettes per day whereby the dust collection/deod-
orization power is reduced by half compared with that of new filter.It is recommended to replace
the filter more frequently under more severe conditions.
