Doublecheck before you call for service.
When starting operation, the sensor may not react instantly
to dust and odors.
After the unit has been running for several minutes, the
sensor sensitivity will become stable.
To test the sensors, shake a dusty cloth near the sensor
opening to see if the light changes color.
If you switch the unit on when the room has a strong smell,
the sensitivity of the odor sensor may be temporarily
deteriorated.
Set Fan Speed to MED and run the unit for several hours.
The Indicator Light
does not change.

The doors or windows may be open. A sealed environment
is needed to maximize air cleaning performance.
The Indicator Light
never turns green.
Frequent door opening and closing or airflow and
temperature changes may cause reactions.
The Indicator Light
switches its state
frequently.
Adjust the brightness of indicator lights. Press the Light
Control (BRIGHT/DIM/OFF) button.
The Indicator Light
is too bright.
