Troubleshooting
Many potential problems can be resolved by the owner without calling a service technician.
If something is wrong with this product, check the following before calling your authorized dealer or service center.

The unit is not
powered on
• Power cable not connected to wall socket
• Power socket is not switched on
• Make sure the plug is connected
• Switch the power on
No sound from
LINE IN/Bluetooth/HDMI
ARC input
• Volume is too low
• LINE IN/Bluetooth/HDMI ARC source
volume is too low
• Increase the volume
• Increase the output volume of the
LINE IN/Bluetooth/HDMI ARC source
Sound is distorted from
LINE IN Input
• Volume is too high
• LINE IN source volume is too high
• Reduce the volume
• Reduce the output volume of the
LINE IN source
Unit switches off after 15
minutes of inactivity
• Auto standby mode in operation • This unit is designed to enter STANDBY
mode automatically after 15 minutes of
inactivity. Press the STANDBY button to
wake up the unit.
