° BE careful not to make contact between the soldering iron and the
PET.
© Check that the LCD angle pawl is bent to.a flat position, then
solder. Adjust the quantity of solder so that its height is within
dmm.

© The max. applying time of soldering iron is 3 sec. Do not press the
pawl with the soldering iron.
ye Measure the resistance between (A) and (B) to insure that it is less
than 50 Ohm. ,
Note 1: Measure the resistance with points (A) and (B) in Fig. 2
in the bent positions as shown in Fig. 3.
Note 2: Measure the resistance with the PET disconnected from
the connector. : : ;
The purpose of this conduction test is to check that the main FG
and the LCD FG are conducted in the hinge section.
