Check IC U401 and its peripheral control circuits.
Is DIF signal output from pin (13), (14) of TUNER (TU101) to pin
(184), (185) of IC U401?
Is the voltages of regulation for a TUNER circuit and the power
supply terminal of IC U401 supplied?
